Gear Tooth Grinding is performed on our Niles and Csepel grinders with dimensions up to:

72" P.D. 16" Maximum face 1 D.P. We can grind straight or crowned teeth to AGMA class 12 with up to 1 D.P. Hard copy documentation is available from our Hoffler Gear Checker for gears up to 50" in diameter.
